2008 - Cartwright's Field, Stockton Heath An outdoor green field exhibition created by local artists to coincide with the Stockton Heath Festival. Cartwright's Field is a green open space off Chester Road and is bounded by houses on Ackers Road, Brian Avenue and Montclare Crescent. The Cartwright family lived at Lumb Brook, from where they ran their coal merchant's business from the early 1900s until 1974. This green field was the place where Mr Cartwright used to turn out his horses after a hard day pulling the carts to deliver coal around the area.
